introductions
IS, IR horzontal single stage signle suction water centrifugal pump is energy saving pump that national joint designed, it is renew type of BA, BL type and other signle stage water centrifugal pump. Advantages: whole series hydraulic performance layout is reasonable, the users selecting range is wide, convenient maintenance; Efficiency and suction reach the international advanced level in average. The pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply, drainage, also can be used for agricultural irrigation and conveying water or chemical and physical properties and other liquids that similar to water, temperature is no more than 80℃.
features
1。It is designed according to ISO2858 specified performance and dimensions, mainly consists of pump body, cover, impeller, axial, sealing ring, sleeve and suspension bearing, etc.
2。IS, IR horizontal single stage signle suction water centrifugal pump body and cover are cut from the back of impeller, namely back open structure. Its advantages are simple maintenance and without moing body when repairing pump, suction pipe and outlet pipe and motor, just need disassembly the extended coupling centre connector, can quit rotor and repair.
3。Pump shell (i.e. pump body and cover) constitutes pump working chamber. Impeller, axis and rolling bearing etc are the pump rotor. Suspension bearing components support pump rotor parts, rolling axis supports radial force and axial force.
4。In order to balance the axial force, before and after most of pump impellers has set sealing ring, and balanced hole on the impeller back cover, because some pump axial force is not too large, so there is not sealing ring and balanced set on the back impeller.
5。The pump axial sealing ring is composed by packing gland, packing ring, packing, in order to prevent air input or large leaks. If pump impeller has balanced hole, the empty cavity with soft packing communicates with impeller inlet, if impeller inlet liquid is in vacuum state, it is easy to inflow air along sleeve, so install packing ring in packing chamber through cover hole, lead the pressure water to packing ring to seal. If pump impeller not have balanced hole, because the impeller back liquid pressure is larger than atmospheric pressure, so it doesn't exist leakage problem, so can not install packing ring.
6。To avoid axis wear, install sleeve protection in the part of the axis through packing chamber. Between the sleeve and axis is O-ring, to prevent air inflow or leakage along the surface.
7。The transmission way is through the extended flexible couplings and motor connection, pump rotate direction,seen from the driver end, it is clockwise rotation.
