Technical parameter range regulations for centrifugal pumps

The technical parameter range of centrifugal pumps specifies that the basic requirements for the design, manufacturing, inspection, testing, and delivery status of centrifugal pumps, drive motors, and auxiliary equipment for medium and light load petroleum and chemical applications should be proposed together with the purchase requisition, order contract/inquiry, and data sheet during the sales process of centrifugal pumps.The main centrifugal pump product names of China centrifugal pump Network include:102,103,104 type plastic centrifugal pump，2SK type two-stage water ring vacuum pump，2WB miniature stainless steel centrifugal pump，BL, BA horizontal centrifugal clean water pump，CHDF type horizontal stainless steel mulati-stage centrifugal pump，CHL light horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump

The technical parameter range of centrifugal pumps should include centrifugal pump parameters that can fully meet the following conditions:

(1) Rated discharge pressure ≤ 1.96MPa (G);

(2) Medium temperature<180 ℃;

(3) Rated speed (5% should be added for turbine drives) 3000r/min;

(4) Driver power ≤ 110KW;

(5) Rated head ≤ 120m;

(6) Maximum suction pressure ≤ 0.5MPa (G);

(7) The maximum impeller diameter is ≤ 333mm.

Pumps that meet these conditions mainly include:

(1) Centrifugal pumps designed according to GB5662 and GB/T5656 standards;

(2) Centrifugal pumps designed according to ISO2858 and ISO5199 standards;

(3) Centrifugal pump designed according to ANSI/ASME B73.1M standard.

This regulation does not apply to the following types of pumps:

(1) Shielded pump;

(2) Magnetic driven pump;

(3) Other special pumps.
