CZ type is signle stage signle suction cantilever straight centrifugal pump, used for pumping below 80℃ water or liquids that chemical and physical properties similar to water, applied in factories, mines, urban water drainage and irrigation purposes
This pump structure is simple, compact and performance is reliable, small volume, light weight, low power consumption, convenient usage and maintenance
structural declaration
The main parts: pump body 1; straight frame 2; impeller 4: mechanical seal components 9: Y series shaft motor 23, etc.
The pump cover and pump body is casted integratively, impeller is directly installed on motor shaft, and using impeller nut 10 and out gasket 7 to lock.
Pump adopts mechanical seal, in order to prevent damage caused by mechanical seal and lead to liquid flowing into electrical motor internal, motor shaft is installed with block hydrosphere 5.
The pump outlet generally is upward, also can be sideward, at this time only need to loose the body from straight frame bolts, modulates pump body.
CZ type pump withou base. Users can according to the straight support anchor hole position to change cement trick or steel bearing seat, when using, there is a support below the pump body, and water absorption pipe parts should be supported and not press on pump.
