GBW concentrated sulfuric acid pump is a new ideal generation of Centrifugal Pump that designed and developed according to IS type centrifugal pump performance parameters, adopting sulfuric acid special cast steel, carbon steel two materials and excellent hydraulic model.
features
This pump shaft seal uses externally mounted high quality mechanical seal, dynamic and static ring use new cemented carbide or ceramic, wear resistance, no leakage and long service life.
Installation and usage, maintenance and matters needing attention
1, before installation should check carefully whether there is rigid thing in pump body flow pipe, to avoid damage impeller and pump body when operating.
2, pump inlet and outlet pipeline need to install regulator, to control the pump operating in the rated conditions.
3 open inlet valve, makes the liquid full fill the entire pump chamber.
4, power on, when the pump reached the normal rotate speed, and then gradually open outlet pipe valves, and adjust to the required work conditions.
5, check motor, bearing temperature rise ≤70℃ find abnormal and timely handle.
6 prohibit mechanical seal and work in dry situation.
