IHF type pump is single stage single suction type fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump, designed and manufactured according to GB combined with nonmetallic pump process. This pump is corrosion resistant, wear-resisting, high temperature resistant, no aging, high mechanical strength, non-toxic decomposition, wide applicable temperature, etc. Pump body adopts metal shell internal lining F46, impeller and pump cover adopt metal embedded parts outsourcing fluorine plastic overall sintering pressure molding, shaft seal uses external mounted bellows mechanical seal.

Transmission medium temperature is -85℃~200℃, flow is1.75-200m3/h, head: 4.5-87m rotate speed: 1450-2900r/min

This pump is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, metallurgical, power, electroplating, pickling, pesticide, papermaking and other industry liquid transportation, wastewater treatment and add acid process. Conveying any concentration sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidizer, organic solvent and other strong corrosive medium application, is one of the most advanced anti-corrosion equipments.
