Operating principles
Self-priming centrifugal pump can turn the water away due to centrifugal force. In is worth mentioning: before self-priming centrifugal pump start, must to fill the pump casing, then can start, otherwise it will cause the pump body, vibration, thus reduce heat, on the pump damage (hereinafter referred to as "cavitation") cause equipment accident!
Self-priming centrifugal pump has a lot of types, classification method commonly have the following kinds: 1. according to impeller suction mode: single suction type, and double suction self-priming centrifugal pump 2. according to the impeller number: single stage and multistage self-priming centrifugal pump, 3. according to the structure of impeller: open, semi-open, closed type self-priming centrifugal pump 4 according to work pressure: low pressure, middle pressure, high pressure and vertical self-priming centrifugal pump.
