Body structural type
Pump body is pump structure center, is also called volute or pump shell, its type is also more.
1. level subdivision type
This type pump casing is divided through shaft central level subdivision surface, dismantle casing, it has nothing to do with suction, and exhaust pipes, maintenance is also convenient.
2.vertical subdivision type
This type pump shell is vertical axis in the vertical plane processes, not easy leakage, but in maintenance must demolish inlet piping, so maintenance is not so convenient as level subdivision type pump shell.
3. tilt subdivision type
This type pump casing suction in from front end, exhaust from upside, pump casing is subdivided through shaft centre tilt surface, without dismantling suction and exhaust pipe, only dismantling upper pump shell, can repair internal
4. Cylinder
This type pump is make the pump shell as cylinder type, to high pressure pump, using single body can not support the pressure, so adopt two layer. Cylinder type shell can bear higher pressure, internal installed level subdivision type or vertical subdivision type rotors, in chemical fertilizer devices, high pressure boiler feedwater pump mostly is cylinder multistage centrifugal pump.
According to shell supporting type can devided as standard supporting type, central supporting type, cantilever type, piping type, suspension type.
1 standard supporting type
This type pump, gerenally is horizontal, besides pump two end has supporting leg, which use bolt to fix on base.
2 central supporting type
This type pumps, pump shell downside supporting feet installed on the base and can adapt to transport heat caused by thermal stress fluid influence.
3 cantilever type
This type pumps, pump shell is one whole and put pump body and inhaled cover assembly installed on bearing supporting. Compact structure, convenient dismantling.
4 piping type
This type pump is used for pipe and pipe part joined together, and supported by pipeline. When maintenance, do not need to tear down the pump body that connecting with pipeline, can repair pump rotor and motors.
5 suspension type
This type pump is pump shell installed in the outlet pipes, the part below exhaust pipe suspension on the inhaled container, pump shell is vertical subdivided.
