1、 before installation, need to check whether the base is level?
2、 check each part whther has been damaged in conveyance.
3、 pump itself is not allowed to used as pipeline support.
4、 Pump and pipeline should keep good sealing.
check pump base, coupling, bearing and other connecting parts fasteners whether have been loosen?
If loose, need to tighten.
◆ Using hand to turn coupling to check whether has jam or abnormal sound phenomenon?
◆ Should open pump upper adding water valve, add liquids not less than two-thirds of body volume, close the valve. In the future start-up will no more needing filling.
◆ Power on and trial turn it, from motor end, is clockwise diversion. (reverse is strictly prohibited).
◆ When starting, observing whether the operation is normal? If there is abnormal phenomenon, should find the reason and overcome.
